Terms and Conditions

1Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all contracts concluded between Revoyager (Lesia Povkh, Einzelunternehmerin, Berlin) and its customers. Deviating agreements are only valid if confirmed in writing.

2Services of Revoyager

Revoyager acts as a travel intermediary. We cooperate with local Destination Management Companies (DMCs) and service providers abroad. The travel contract is concluded directly between the customer and the respective local provider. Revoyager organizes, advises, and mediates – but does not provide the travel services itself.

3Booking and Payment

• •A booking request can be made by email, phone, or via our website.
• •The booking becomes binding once you receive a booking confirmation.
• •A deposit (usually 15–30% of the tour price) must be paid within 7 days of confirmation. The balance is due no later than 30 days before the start of the trip.
• •Payments can be made by bank transfer, Wise, or other agreed methods.

4Cancellation and Rebooking

• •Customers can withdraw from the trip at any time before the start.
• •Cancellation fees apply, which are based on the conditions of the respective local provider. We will inform you about these conditions before booking.
• •Rebookings are possible if the local provider agrees.

5Liability

• •Revoyager is only liable for the proper mediation of the trip, not for the actual provision of travel services (e.g., hotels, transfers, guides).
• •For travel services, the liability of the local provider applies.
• •We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control (e.g., strikes, political unrest, natural disasters).

6Travel Documents and Entry Requirements

Customers are responsible for compliance with entry regulations (passport validity, visas, vaccinations). Revoyager will provide general information but assumes no liability for official decisions of authorities.

7Insurance

8Governing Law

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin, provided the customer is a merchant or has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany.

9Severability Clause

If individual provisions of these AGB are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
